Information that helps us investigate
- Describe the problem and the relevant level number, if any.
- Include the app version, device model and Android version.
- For account issues, specify the sign-in method and player ID if visible in the app. An email address alone may not identify every account.
- If necessary, attach a screenshot with personal information hidden.
Account deletion and personal data
You can submit an account and data deletion request without opening the app. Send other personal data requests to the same address with TUG personal data request in the subject.
Your sender address, message and attachments are processed to handle the request and perform necessary account ownership checks. Email is provided through Google Gmail. See the privacy policy for details.
